Throughout the build we have made conscious choices to help our practice feel warm instead of clinical. From our special slip-resistant flooring, to our kennel choices; our sunken weighing scales and our consulting style, every detail is intended to make appointments that little bit less scary.

Our purpose-built surgery provides a welcoming environment designed to make your pet’s visit as comfortable and stress-free as possible. From the very beginning, we made thoughtful choices to ensure our practice feels warm and inviting rather than clinical. From our slip-resistant flooring and carefully selected kennels to our sunken weighing scales and gentle consulting approach, every detail has been chosen to help make veterinary visits that little bit less daunting for both pets and their owners.
Our warm and welcoming reception area has its own designated cat seating area, with pheromone sprays and blankets for you to use. We have separate dog and cat wards and our kennels are soundproofed to ensure cats and dogs don’t hear each other. Our cat ward has the same pheromone plug-ins from reception, as well as super soft blankets, hideaway boxes and large kennels to allow cats to stretch out whilst also giving our shyer patients a place to retreat to. We are proud to have achieved Silver Cat Friendly Clinic status through International Cat Care, recognising our commitment to creating a calm, low-stress environment and providing the highest standards of care for our feline patients.
Our highly experienced team are there to help make your pet feel as relaxed and calm as possible during their visit. We understand that going to the vets can really take your pet out of their comfort zone but in our care, they will be looked after as though they were our own.
