Throughout the build we have made conscious choices to help our practice feel warm instead of clinical. From our special slip-resistant flooring, to our kennel choices; our sunken weighing scales and our consulting style, every detail is intended to make appointments that little bit less scary.

Our brand new surgery has been designed to help make your pet’s visit as comfortable and stress-free as possible. Throughout the build we have made conscious choices to help our practice feel warm instead of clinical. From our special slip-resistant flooring, to our kennel choices; our sunken weighing scales and our consulting style, every detail is intended to make appointments that little bit less scary.

Our warm and welcoming reception area has its own designated cat seating area, with pheromone sprays and blankets for you to use. We have separate dog and cat wards and our kennels are soundproofed to ensure cats and dogs don’t hear each other. Our cat ward has the same pheromone plug-ins from reception, as well as super soft blankets, hideaway boxes and large kennels to allow cats to stretch out whilst also giving our shyer patients a place to retreat to. We also are working with International Cat Care in order to achieve Cat Friendly Clinic status. 

Our highly experienced team are there to help make your pet feel as relaxed and calm as possible during their visit. We understand that going to the vets can really take your pet out of their comfort zone but in our care, they will be looked after as though they were our own.
